Regina will be speaking with members of the Carroll County School District community including administrators, educators, guidance counselors and other school district members. She will share Etched in Sand’s and Girl Unbroken’s messages that no child is a lost cause and the impact that the Carroll County School District community can have upon a child in need. Her presentation will be followed by a Q & A and book signing.
Carroll County Public Schools has over 25,200 enrolled students and ranks as one of the top performing school systems in the state of Maryland. Instructional staff are continually recognized at the state and national levels for their performance with numerous awards. The educational programs developed in the Carroll County Public School System are also recognized statewide and nationally for their high standards and innovative approaches.
