Regina will serve as Keynote Speaker at the Family and Children’s Association – A Community of Caring annual FCA Scholarship Reception. FCA will acknowledge the achievements of Long Island’s young scholars who’ve overcome many challenges including homelessness, foster care or failing schools to continue their education and attend college or trade school.
