Regina will speak at the Baltimore County Public Library- Arbutus Branch at an author’s event hosted by the Blue Ribbon Project. Regina will share Etched and Sand and Girl Unbroken’s messages that no child is a lost cause and the impact that we all can have upon a child in need. Her presentation will be followed by a Q &A and book signing.
